This website sets no cookies, measures nothing and embeds no third party services. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no request goes to Google or any other network. The app keeps your decisions on your device, not with us.

This website and the service behind the app run on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in a data centre in Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with Hetzner.
When you open the site, the server processes technically necessary data in a log file: IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This is required for operation and security, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after seven days at the latest.
We use neither cookies nor analytics tools or advertising networks. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The fonts Gabarito, Plus Jakarta Sans and IBM Plex Mono are stored on our own server and loaded from there. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider is made.
If you write to us, we process your details to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.
Your questions, decisions, ratings and the resulting analysis stay on your device. We keep no account for this and do not store that data on our servers. You can export or delete everything inside the app.
When you create a decision, the app sends your question and a short profile from your own history to our server and from there to Anthropic PBC, 548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, which produces the recommendation. We do not store these requests. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR because the feature is part of the app. For the transfer to the USA we rely on the standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Without this feature the app keeps deciding on the device.
Future You check-ins are scheduled as local notifications on your device. No data leaves your device for this.
If you share a decision through Hive, our server stores only the question, the two options and the counters. So that nobody votes twice, the voting page stores a random identifier in the local storage of the browser. No names, accounts or IP addresses are stored with a vote. A vote is deleted automatically after 30 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a working vote without accounts.
